(Sieg Heiling Olberfuhrer's End) 'Countdown With Keith Olbermann': Could The End Be Near?

MSNBC's Keith Olbermann strongly disagrees, but one of the memes of the day seems to be that Countdown with Keith Olbermann isn't doing so well ratings-wise and might soon be history.
Daily Finance looked at the numbers (and got slammed by Keith) and concluded that Countdown's ratings "have been soft recently."
The Los Angeles Times Top of the Ticket blog (hardly a partisan forum) says that "quietly last month while no one was looking, hardly anyone was watching Keith Olbermann anymore."
TV By the Numbers notes that perhaps Keith and other TV pundits should "take care going up the ladder indeed. It's hell on the way back down."
Keith's point is that his show is "the highest-rated cable news show not on Fox News ... meaning ... it's the highest-rated actual cable news show."

I even switch the channel when he’s on an NFL preview...I just wish that the NFL would take a hint.

What I wouldn’t give to hand this buffoon his pink slip. Actually I’d announce it publicly and let him hear about it before I told him and have security walk him out.

And replaced with what? It’s not like any of his co-hosts are burning up the ratings in their own timeslots.

Keith's point is that his show is "the highest-rated cable news show not on Fox News ... meaning ... it's the highest-rated actual cable news show." His delusion is so deep that he actually thinks his MSNBC show is a news show.

I'd let Bill O’reilly notify Ogreman that he was fired, and do it on ‘The Factor’!

But, but what will poor Keith do to earn a 'living?'
Perhaps since he pimps for Obummer he can glean a soft White House job.

What I wouldnt give to hand this buffoon his pink slip. Actually Id announce it publicly and let him hear about it before I told him and have security walk him out.If I were the CEO of MSNBC, I'd have him do an interview with Donald Trump and let Trump tell him in his own bombastic way. 'Course, Olberfuhrer would laugh but then I'd walk out and tell him "no really, Keith, you're outta here!" and have the technical folks immediately fade to an old western with the bad guys getting shot up before he could go into a tirade. Then, I'd shout it to the rooftops, "YOU'RE F*ING FIRED YOU A-HOLE!" while the meager "progressive" audience wondered what happened to the stupid show. (BTW, fat Ed and Mr. Maddow would also get the axe!)
