Both Torn, who had a blood-alcohol level of .20, and the revolver he was carrying were loaded at the time, according to police reports.

This is sad to view. When younger there are many persons myself included did drink unwisely. The sad thing is that a man of that age and born in that depression year, as myself, should really know better. This by looking back on one's youthful follies. Sometimes sweating a little and thinking - what if things had gone really wrong..... (Sermon over).
