Illinois Gubernatorial Candidate Adam Andrzejewski rallied supporters in O’Fallon, Illinois this afternoon. It was a standing room only crowd.
While campaigning in O’Fallon the Andrzejewski team announced that Adam had just received the endorsement of the largest Chicago Polish paper today. And…. It was announced that Adam had surged to within two points in an internal poll conducted by a conservative organization in Washington DC. Andrzejewski was 8 points down earlier in the week in the Illinois race.
It may have been the endorsement by Lech Walesa that helped Andrzejewski surge in the latest polling. And this is despite the fact that the mainstream Chicago news mostly ignored Walesa’s historic endorsement.
Good for Adam. If he wins, I guarantee you will see Obama go ‘nuclear’ on all his pet projects, simply because he knows he’ll lose in 2012.

I’m not surprised. Hughes has been surging also over the last week. He had doubled his numbers in less than a week since the PPP poll. I only hope conservatives wake up on primary day. Tea Parties have been phone banking for our conservatives. It is time to shock the establishment.

I hope all conservatives in Illinois unite behind one candidate. It seems as if Adam has the best shot of all the real conservatives to win the GOP primary.
Proft is a good guy but hasn’t even made a small dent in the polls.
I’m voting for Adam. I hope all fellow IL Freepers will unite and do the same. It would be a huge victory for the conservative cause.

I know about Patrick Hughes but this is the first I have read about this candidate.
Will read more. Am not in IL - but surely know Tea Party and other conservative activists are on the march everywhere!!!

ah - tell him to mess up his hair - looks too much like someone, whom I can't name fore fear of puking, that takes 30 minutes to get his hair just so - and looking too much like this!
