I’m glad he’s touching in this “people are too stupid...” thing, too.

I often hear liberals trumpeting the superior intellect of people in Europe.

Well, I lived there. Geography doesn’t give a person superior intellect.

I have two liberal friends who travel to europe on a regular basis. Both are convinced we should follow that blueprint to govern our lives here in America.

This often leads to arguements. No matter how much I point out to them the failures over there, they are convinced they are right and don’t know enough to understand.

This elitism sound familiar to anyone?

Sort of like some recent (last decade or so) SC justices who have advocated considering 'international law' before making decisions.
