POLITICO's Kasie Hunt, who's in the House chamber, reports that Justice Samuel Alito mouthed the words "not true" when Obama criticized the Supreme Court's campaign finance decision.

With various suits challenging BHO’s eligibility to spout his BS from the Oval Office or at a SOTU, it doesn’t seem wise to challenge the SCOTUS.
Pravda on the Potomac has their panties in a wad over Alito. Go figure.
I am hoping that the non-leftist Justices will start to seriously consider their duty, when another case comes before them about 0bomba’s eligibility.
Dr. Shrinker, did that fellow look normal to you?
Did Obama had the Supreme Court justices seated just in front of him so he can scold them in public?
You said it, buddy.
But that sort of raises the question: what could have been keeping them from seriously considering their duty up until now?
Shame on America for putting him in there. I hope they choke on him.
Barrack Obama - ALOTUS (Arrogant Liar of the United States)
For a constitutional lawyer, he doesn’t really get the whole ‘separation of powers’ issue, does he. I couldn’t believe what I was watching.
Words fail on how bad this speech was.
The guy who was ‘I won’ about 11 months ago is now sermonizing to Congress about the culture of distrust, discord, and cynicism.
I’m not so sure, don’t some of them think exactly like he does? A few of them probably agree with his argument.
Cindie
Yes, just about as classy as chastising the USA while on foreign soil.
I am just numb about all this. I feel like putting a billboard on top of my house saying :
Hey 52% F U
It’s like watching a slow train wreck and there’s not a damned thing to stop it.
No, just as is so often the case we find that the worst queer-bashers are themselves in the closet, or the psychiatrist is the one most in need of therapy, in this case it will be the liberals who will be the most shocked and hurt, and thus the ones most likely to react emotionally, to Zero-bama's pathetic attempt to bully them verbally. For the conservatives like Scalia and Thomas, this is par for the course - they've heard stuff that's orders of magnitude worse than that, and to them it just rolls off the back like water on a duck.
Obama suffers from DROKS = Divine Right of Kings Syndrome.
He'll pay for this public arrogance. He's a fool. The bloom is off the rose and all that's left are thorns.
What in the world? Does ANYONE wake up in the morning and say to themselves, "what's in it for me?" and "what problem is the fedgov going to solve today" or "Obama's gonna pay my mortgage, my gas bill..."
Actually, the sad thing is, I think (if the polls are not manipulated - ha!) at least 45% of the American population does think this way.
“Last week, the Supreme Court reversed a century of law to open the floodgates for special interests including foreign corporations to spend without limit in our elections,...”
The hypocrisy of this skilled demagoguery is damning, however successful in raising a calculated ‘standing ovation’ from partisans of the left. Justice Alito clearly disagreed, and rightly so, for the decision of the Court persuasively defended a breach of the First Amendment. Kudos to Sam.
It’s not surprising after you accept the fact that Barack 0bama is a communist.
No surprise at all.
He has absolutely no respect for our system—none whatsoever. And he’s never really tried to hide it.
This is but one more outrage in a very long series of outrages that will extend passed his Presidency.
Witness one of America’s biggest mistakes.
Well, you know the libtardian creed that they all live by:
accuse others of what you yourself do
and besides, prez Anklepants did it and got away with it so why can’t zippy?
This has to be the most ignorant idiot any of us has ever seen as President!
