POLITICO's Kasie Hunt, who's in the House chamber, reports that Justice Samuel Alito mouthed the words "not true" when Obama criticized the Supreme Court's campaign finance decision.

Very uncomfortable moment. I was (almost) embarrassed for Barry 0, who is way too full of himself and came off as a jerk. What nerve to think he can lecture the Supremes in front of the whole nation!

My daughter had a school assignment to watch the SOTU and record some observations.
I was pointing out the Supreme Court to her when she noticed one justice clearly shaking his head in disbelief (I thought it was Alito but wasn’t sure).
She laughed and said, “He doesn’t believe what he’s hearing.”
“None of the smart ones do,” was my response.
His Hugo Chavez moment.
He keeps blaming Bush how many times did R.R. blame carter with the mess he inherited? Zero!
That makes 2 speeches where his audience has called him a liar....HA HA HA !! Thank you Judge Alito.

(although - it did look like only 2-3 of the moderates & conservatives were there)
BTW, since he took a direct shot at the Supreme Court, maybe this will be the cajones moment for the Supreme Court to do their constitutional duty and open the eligibility & birth certificate issue of 0bozo constitutional eligibility to be pres___ent of the U.S.

Looks like maybe the power of the Executive branch might shrink some at the very least.
While quite an unwise move to attack a body that cannot defend itself in a public forum, it might have been just the thing that saves us.
