Developing ... James O'Keefe, of ACORN sting video fame, and three other suspects have been arrested by the FBI for interfering with LA Senator Landrieu's phone system on federal property.

GSA has a contract for that sort of thing. Most government offices of sufficient size have someone who knows something about WAHREN. It heps to be fum Georgia to talk about WAHRS.
....then Obama should be locked up for life.
Rimshot sound effect please!
He admitted to assisting in the planning of the operation and to recording the two phony telephone repairmen. He didn’t admit to being in Senator Landrieu’s office under false pretenses, I don’t think.
That is not going to be enough to get this trial moved. And I’m guessing that the Feds may have a little bit more cash to spend on the trial.
Thanks for the correction. I could have sworn it was NBC, but I would rather have somebody tell me I am wrong than spread something that isn’t true!
....there is more to this story....
No, it’s only clear that agent Rayes has made allegations.
If he’s a liberal (which is very likely given his profession) he’s either duped by his leftist superiors or he’s outright lying in an attempt to advance the leftist agenda.
In this case, the attempt takes the form of retaliation for the acorn exposure. And sending a message that the left refuses be held accountable.
If a leftist, Rayes would be aware on some level that the left can only advance its agenda through fraud and deceit. He would be less likely to know the cause of this state of affairs: the fact that leftism is born of envy and based on relativism, which is equivalent to nihilism, which is nothing and therefore without value.
Maybe they aren’t looking for what’s in the office, but the process by which they were arrested?
Is there a back-door way to view FBI/DOJ records seeking a basis for consistency in the application of laws?
As you can undoubtedly tell, I’m no attorney. [Although I did bust my professors case law example when I ferreted out obscure case law to prove my point.] So I keep digging as I refuse to believe that:
A) O’Keefe is stupid and/or
B) He willingly broke the law
Thus, IMO, there is a ‘C’. We just don’t know what it is. Come on, Old Deck Hand. Get creative, what could it be???
SO far there’s not the slightest indication there’s going to be a trial.
An Interview With Andrew Breitbart About The O’Keefe Arrest

I agree the whole thing is fascinating.
For one, I’d like to know the definition of ‘representing’ themselves as phone workers.
The ‘representation’ could well be in the eye of the office worker drawing their own conclusion when a couple of guys in overalls say, ‘Hi, we’re here to check out your phones’.
Kinda like ACORN voter enrollees, ‘Hi, I’d like to register to vote.’ No ID, no certification.
And ‘manipulating’ the phones. Well, picking up a phone is ‘manipulating’ it as is moving it an inch across the desk.
To my untrained eye, the FBI report looks weak. I’ve read a couple in days gone by that appeared much more fleshed out.
I still think they are acting as beaters to flush out some sort of game. Just don’t know what the critters are.
Funny how the FBI can target this guy but not lay one g.d. hand on ACORN or SEIU? Lousy bastards.
IMHO: 'C' - O'Keefe got what he needed, transmitted the info before he got caught and the info will appear on "Big Government" in due time.
Or get Ozero for representing himself as Constitutionally eligible for POTUS.
Sorry for the bad news but your hubby or son is on a tainted team...
Wow...now just what did Brother Kerry do?
Federal agents, to include agents of the FBI, are presumed to be liberal in your world? Oh my. Adjust your tin-foil hat.
I hope so!
Don’t think anything had crossed Andrew’s desk, prior to his Hugh Hewitt interview.
Here’s an interesting quote from that piece:
‘Let me also state this, because this is new in the Associated Press copy. OKeefe said, Veritas, Latin for truth, as he left a suburban jail Tuesday with suspect Stan Dai and Joseph Basel, both 24.’
VERITAS. Looking forward to hearing it.
