I was surprised to see that Kara DioGuardi from American Idol's father was a former New York congressman who has been fighting to keep the national debt down for several decades. Anyone see him having a shot a Senate in New York? He's a CPA with a great track record--and a book from 1992 "Unaccountable Congress: It Doesn't Add Up" that really foresaw a lot of this fiscal mess. Anybody know much about him? He's still president and founder of a non profit, Truth in Government, I think. He will be speaking soon at the big Conservative annual dinner in Albany.
LOL - true, but it would be interesting to know if the daughter is a typical leftist entertainer or in agreement with her dad’s fiscal conservatism.

I am actually looking forward to seeing Ellen on the show. I think she is a hoot. I am so thankful that I can separate entertainment and my politics. I mean really, does it really matter what Ellen on American Idol have to do with the real world. Some of you guys are serious stick in the muds.
