At the top of the video, a little popup comes
up and says: download video.

When I downloaded, it went to my Real Player
Downloader.

Then when you open Real Player, you go to
My Library, and see all you have saved
and can click on them and replay from your
computer.

On the right side , there is a teeny option of download as, I always get MP4, try again?
