Well he could be just a pissed off gundeckin sh*tbird but the saudi grade rags and DOD site maps he had and fact he was packing the EBR suggests jihadi , then......not using it when caught / confronted with force , proves him to be a POS typical trash criminal IMO.

The buggy was recovered from a chop shop in Newark. The horse is on the lamb and a BOLO was issued for it.
