.. Left Coast Rebel made me aware of a comment left on his blog by someone claiming to be Ellie Light. The comment was left by someone using the screen name Winston44. In searching out that name, I found a Twitter account under it that has barely been used.
The account has never tweeted and follows 18 individuals, with 9 following it. Given that we usually add people we know when we first open a Twitter account, I looked to see who the first individual was that Winston44 added. That would be Adam Segal.
Adam J. Segal, President, The 2050 Group, LLC + Named to PR Week's 40 Under 40 for 2009.
..
Independent credible voices like Samantha Power (Sunstein's wife) who may very well be Ellie Lite.
As I posted on another thread:
The Spanish-language version of the Miami Herald (El Nuevo Herald) published this letter by “Ellie Light” this morning IN SPANISH.
It seems to me there are only two possibilities.
1) The organization behind this is translating the letter into Spanish and targeting Spanish media.
2) The editors at El Nuevo Herald translated it themselves and published it without doing any checking and obviously without being aware of the controversy of the last few days.
Neither conclusion says much good about the newspaper.
El-lie....THE LIE!
There nearly 40 FReeper threads on Ellie Light here... http://www.freerepublic.com/tag/ellielight/index

Hard to choose between the 2 possible reasons you list. But if I had to, I’d go with #1.
Hell he light.
Keep up the good work. One of these days we might discover the Obama adminstration has mainstream newspapers in it’s pocket!
Winston44
Interesting choice of names. Winston Smith was The main protagonist of Orwells 1984. He worked in the “Ministry of Truth.”
FYI.. It has been years now, but to this day people in Miami still have bumper stickers that say “Yo no creo El Herald.”
I don’t believe El Herald.
And obama is 44.
My, isn’t he quite the Renaissance man. I’m surprised I’ve never heard of such a polymath before.
Brett Bozzell was on Fox awhile ago. Could you forward your info to him?
