Sarah Palin, Enigma (Supporters having serious doubts, McCain endorsement, Kittens have NO doubt)
The New American ^ | 25 January 2010 | Bob Adelmann

When Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin announced her support for three prominent Republicans, her Facebook statement entitled “Ride the Tide with Commonsense Candidates” resounded with laudibles such as supporting those who offer “commonsense government,” and those “who promise to fight FOR the people and AGAINST politics as usual.” by Bob Adelmann

Considering there have been only a couple of major races since and the 10 season is just starting, it is too soon to even use that.

Remember though, there are some who play the purer than thou game strictly to try to align themselves in the power they think they deserve.

Let’s just say that some are aware there is a coordinated strategy to remove Palin from the scene because they see her as a threat to their power- and it isn’t just from the obvious Mitt camp (albeit they are playing that game as well).

Then don’t vote for her if she decides to run for president. Easy solution.

Obviously. I can't support anyone who supports McCain.

Sorry, the birch society is bonkers. I thought they had crawled under a rock for good, I guess they’ve come up for air. They should have stayed there.

“McCain wants to talk with dems in passing a “healthcare” bill that should be shredded.

McCain does not believe in the Rule of Law, and thus does not support the US Constitution. If he did, he would support deporting ILLEGAL aliens instead of condoning lawbreakers living in this country. “

You are spot on.

Not when it is one sided. McCain did support Sarah after the election. I saw him sitting with David Letterman making fun of Sarah at her expense. Wake UP STUPID.

What would be a 'true conservative' standard we should weigh them against?

If she agreed in the past to support him then fine, she is standing by her word. I will reserve judgement until I see how active and meaningful her support is. There have been cases of political support in the past that I’m sure the candidates would have rather done without.

God is perfect, nothing made of men is.

Coming here day after day screaming for a level of impossible perfection out of ever Rightside politician with the other handful of "purists" is either the behavior of ignorant children or that of propaganda-bots pretending to be something they are not.

I gave you all the benefit of the doubt. I assumed your were frauds not fools.

Wonder what you supposedly “Conservative” purists would of said about a President who presided over a worse recession then this current one, appointed a Liberal to the Supreme Court, Raised taxes 6 times, doubled the size of the Fed Budget in 8 years. Spent, prior to this regime, record deficits. Ran away from a Muslim terrorist threat. Signed an illegal Alien Amnesty. Lost control of the US Senate to the Democrats on his watch.

What would you say about that? Based just on your sort of highly selective that selective of facts, you all would of said that President did a far worse job then Bush. According to your stated world view that President should be assigned by history to rank down there with Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, U.S. Grant, and Warren Harding as one of America’s worst Presidents.

That President was Ronald Reagan. Probably the greatest President of the 20th Century.

So now foolish children, do you finally see why this habitual demagoguery and ignorant trash your own side always posting you 6 supposedly “Conservatives” engage in day in and day here on Free Republic is the sort of behavior one expects from perpetual children, not rational adults?
