Watch the White House video. Obama moves his head back and forth, back and forth yet the arse never looks at the students sitting on the floor!

The floor monitors must be for canned laughter and applause.

While reading my local news websites (who allow user comments) I have resorted to posting absurd "obama's fault" style rebuttal on every single negative article about anything It's quite hilarious reading the reactions I am getting. They still haven't figured out I'm messing with their liberal heads.
****
Good tactic. Let's hope the practice spreads. Plenty of Tea Party supporters could really make an impact on local websites across the country.

Link to video of the appearance in the Falls Church school
He is speaking to a few reporters, and still does not stop in between head swings.
Recently I watched GWB’s Address to Congress after Sept 11, 2001. He used teleprompters but he mostly looked straight ahead - to his audience in the chamber, and the television audience.
The difference: W knew what he was going to say. O is reading what someone wrote for him while he was playing basketball or golf.
In this video, he had to read and swing “I’d like to thank Arne Duncan, Secretary of Education, for coming with me today...”

Perhaps he was in two different rooms in the school that day.

Perhaps he was in two different rooms in the school that day.He probably was. His staff probably recognized the challenge to improvise between such impromptu critical thinking environments and assisted him with their technological support.

The sad part is that the students could probably do the speech without a teleprompter.
To: Republic of Texas
Yes. Recognizing his audience had begun training in social studies, the Obama staff recognized his audience might see right through him if he improvized. Hence the prewritten speech and teleprompter delivery to keep him on his agenda and not theirs. The TOTUS.
