One thing you missed: India and China are enjoying an open sneer at the eunich president. They're rubbing his usually upraised nose in Massachussetts and enjoying every minute of it. Other leaders are probably envious they didn't think of it first.
Every leader Obie Won has met (except Brown, who has a crush him) has been shocked by his inability to behave in a manner befitting the dignity of his station. The traditional tough, decisive, arrogant leader of the Free World might be irritating, but he was the assurance that the world was still turning as it should. Obie's bootlicking shocked all, frightened many and disgusted most. It's telling that half this b*tch slap came from CHINA. They do not break the tradition of rigid politeness lightly. They must be mightly worried Obie's policies will leave them wallowing in toxic assets for eternity.
