APPOMATTOX, Va. — A woman was not trying to kick the brother accused of killing her and seven other people out of the house they shared, a family attorney said Thursday.
Christopher Speight, 39, was charged late Wednesday with one count of murder and is likely to face additional charges.
The victims of Tuesday morning's rampage included Speight's sister, Lauralee Sipe, along with Sipe's husband, 16-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. The others were the 16-year-old's friend and her parents, who were either dropping off or picking up their daughter, and a third teen.

I thought he was a concealed holder, which really makes me curious.
Another story MSM ignored dealt with the the white rapper Richard McCroskey who sang about mutilation - his specialty was horrorcore music - and killed in September a girlfriend; another girl; a Presbyterian minister; and a college professor.
He was a security guard. It goes against the story that we should all give up our guns and let the “properly trained and screened” police and security guards protect us.
Why didn’t he get committed to a sanitarium before this happened? They say he had a history of mental instability.

It was a rather poorly constructed sentence. Maybe the reporter was having a difficult time conducting the interview with that woman.
He might have been the only one who actually had any income.
Perhaps they haven’t decided how to get the most out of this yet. It’s exactly the kind of story I think they’d be dreaming of.
The State Police is really being closed-mouth about this one, they nearly lost one of their prized helicopters to a nut-job with a deer rifle. After the Virginia Tech massacre, they have tightened up on leaks, so the news media don’t have any good sources anymore.
