Clear those thinking that ‘Zero’ will now pivot, refocus, reachout like Clinton did can’t be more wrong. That is not the ‘Chicago’ way and it isn’t Obama’s way. The best discrption of ‘Zero’ comes from the movie “The Dark Knight”:

“Because some men aren’t looking for anything logical, like money. They can’t be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.”

Listen my fellow Freepers, listen to what is coming from the Whitehouse it is not the wailing and nashing of teeth what you hear is ‘El Degüello’

I hope he manages to jam Obamacare through.

If he does, next November will be a nuclear winter for the Democrats, and the GOP-majority House/Senate will have plenty of time to kill and bury it before the first health-care tax hits.

Obama vows to 'never stop fighting'

People who feel that they are "losing: say things like that.

when did arguing about policy, and lots of speeches, become synonomous with fighting?

This is the bloodiest president ever in the first year, too dumb to accept it.

>> “I’ll never stop fighting for an economy where hard work is rewarded, where responsibility is honored, where accountability is upheld, where we’re creating the jobs of tomorrow.”

ROFL! Say WHUT??

Are you SURE this is Obama talking? I didn’t know he could even SPELL “hard work”, “accountability” and “responsibility”.

As for creating green jobs... see my tag line.

I'll never stop fighting to bring jobs back to Elyria.

Obama doesn't have the first clue as to why the economic base has been leaving communities like Elyria.

The only thing Obama knows is how to make people into (a) government employees and part of a government employees union or (b) government dependents.

If he wants to bring back the jobs, the solution is simple, outlaw unions, and eliminate the minimum wage.

Why are politicians always fighting for this? Fighting against that? Fight, fight, fight. 99% of them couldn’t fight their way out of a wet paper bag. They really need to find a new expression.

Who is Barry “fighting”? He should be working with people to pass legislation that the public wants. He seems to have an adversarial attitude towards some imaginary foe. The only time he’s appeared content and confident are when he’s making sophmoric catty remarks about Bush and/or Republicans. He thrives on nitpicking and complaining. When given the most powerful job in the world he doesn’t know what to do with it. He should resign so he can go back to nitpicking and making funny remarks about the President.

also trying to cast himself as a populist

This is nearly as bizarre as when Al Gore tried to do the "Populist" schtick back in the fall of 2000.

Effete, elitist, Ivy League-educated liberals do not good Populists make.
