Since you are blocking posting privileges for our readers we are citing you for copyright violation.
One of your posters has re-published an original article in its entirety. This is stealing intellectual property from a non-profit organization. Either pull it down or hear from the lawyers.
You have 24 hours and you are now obligated to prove that it was removed. If you do not respond we will commence with legal action.

"In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act." -- George Orwell
The New Media Journal is a division of BasicsProject.org, a non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)(3) research and education initiative whose mission is the reintroduction of the American citizenry to our constitutional ideology and to educate the public on critical issues facing our nation, chiefly, the threats of radical Islam and the advancing American Fifth Column.
Well, haven’t heard of em, and if they are gonning Jom Robinson Grief, I won’t ever hear of em.
Bubai NMJ.
...LOL Don’t start, I know, and I am recovering from surgery so there! LOL
Sorry Jim Rob!
Roger.
Yep, it’s always best to start out with your scorched earth position first, that way you can win friends and influence more people. Pffft...
I don’t post many articles but I use excerpts for what I do post, just in case.
Here’s what I bookmarked for reference though:

Woo-wee! H3(( hath no fury like a litigious blog pimp scorned! :-)
Jom Robinson? I wonder if he’s any relation to Jim Robertson?
New Media whatis who?
Intellectual property, LOL!’
If this is a quote by George Orwell...could someone explain to me how this group can claim intellectual property?
Thx.
There was a poster 'NewMediaJournal' that incessantly posted articles from there that were actually from other sources, such as the NY Times and the WSJ - but the poster would link back to NewMediaJournal instead of the original source. Pretty shameless way to pimp your blog - with someone else's material.
bttt
LOL they have a youtube post of a Fox segment right on their front page....
Know anyone at Fox?
I guess not everyone understands how to obtain free advertising while protecting their proprietary rights. All they had to do was request that we use brief excerpts only; please use proper attribution and correct web address in citation; please visit us, click on our advertisers’ links, etc. Not too smart of them, especially when there’s so much competition and their business model is still evolving.
Best wishes for your speedy recovery ...
More a comment that they consider their property to be of some intellectual worth than anything else.
One would think they would be an ally......................oh well, they don’t get the hits...............
I have seen several of their posts and read, usually with much agreement, the articles after following a link to the site.
This is unfortunate. But clearly if someone posted the entire copyrighted content without permission they not only violated FR rules, but the copyright law.
We cannot allow other media to control the fundamental mission of FR either.
A necessary decision we should honor.
