Does this mean every time there is war or natural disaster, Washington will use it as an excuse to bring in people from that country in its efforts to change us into a 3rd World Country?

BTW, Matthew Bracken (AKA Travis McGee) in his thriller "Foreign Enemies and Traitors" describes the aftermath of major earthquakes in this country. It is an exciting read.

That has been going on all along. The Salvadorans (100,000) from their hurricane in ‘98 are all STILL here. There are others as well...like all the muslim Somalians that Bush brought in. There are recent posts outlining this...and they are never temporary. I can see this administration pulling an amnesty (they won’t call it that) because of all the turmoil in Mexico. It’s game over then.
