While special elections often come down to turnout and they therefore are more difficult to predict than normal elections the combination of public and private survey research and anecdotal information now strongly suggests that Republican Scott Brown will defeat Democrat Martha Coakley in tomorrows race to fill the remainder of the late-Sen. Edward Kennedys seat.
Brown is running extremely well with Independents in the Bay State, and unless Democratic turnout exceeds everyones expectations, Brown is headed for a comfortable win. Move from Toss-Up to Lean Takeover.
Here's more:

US REVOLUTION II !!!
There, fixed it!

and it's supposed to snow up here tomorrow...will most definitely affect turnout I am sure.
And the beauty part here is that Rothenberg is quite conservative, not in the sense of “political conservtive” but in the sense of quite reserved, modest, and not given to wild predictions. I think about a week ago he had it “lean Coakly,” then he moved to toss-up, then lean Brown, and now it’s “Brown is headed for a comfortable win.” :-)
Make of it what you will. LOL

Wow! Rothenberg is one of the best election analysts—if not THE best analyst—in the business.
Very $h|tty commuting weather this morning. I left prior to 6:00 AM and will not get home until 7:30 PM. Polls are open 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM tomorrow. If it’s like this at all, I’ll just come in late. I have never been this motivated to vote.
Six years... an awfully long time in the political arena to go without a takeover win. Please, Lord, let it happen!
She closed her phone banks for the holiday? She is toast — no one closes phone banks the day ahead of an election plus people can call from home. More likely she has no volunteers so they closed them.
I want to be able to say:
“For the first time in my life, I am proud of Massachussets!”
I believe that would make an outstanding bumper sticker. It would make a great rallying cry for the midterms and would still apply for the 2012 general.
bttt
Good luck to you all tomorrow in MA and prayers are up that your Senator elect will be Scott Brown. With a Brown win, it will be the ‘second’ shot heard round the world from MA. Cannot think of a better state to start the taking back of Congress then MA!
I am expecting a vote count that takes at least a week.
The honest voices in the media had better gird for battle.

It is fitting that the Second American revolution starts in MA Tomorrow!!! Who would have thought!
Alright, what happened? I did NOT double hit the “send!”
