From what I have read, Brown is center-right. Low tax, small government AGAINST government involvement with health care.
If you want a perfect Conservative, elect Rush or Shawn. If you want to keep the Socialists from taking over, elect those who at least SKEW in our direction.

I think we all need to take a deep breath about conservative "purity", and grade our candidates on how close, or how far away they are from theoretical "perfection".
For myself, a grade of 70% or higher will get my support. A grade in the high 90's will get my enthusiastic support (and money).

He is a solid conservative. I suspect he agrees with us on the other 10% but he's playing it smart in Massachusetts. He pushes the conservative message in the way Ronald Reagan would.
