I think I smell a troll... And I’ve seen a few of them here the last few days on these threads, frankly. He went ahead and described Brown as a “progressive”. As far as I can remember I’ve NEVER heard someone refer to a suspected “RINO” as “progressive”. Take McCain for example - liberal, RINO, traitor even, but I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone here use the term “progressive”. It’s a word that seemingly ONLY comes out of a LIBERAL’s mouth when they are trying to distance themselves from the socialists in the Dem Party...
Perhaps I’m wrong about the poster, and if so I apologize. My “spidey-sense” is working overtime right now on this one though.
Apologies Chris — I mis-read your date and realized you’ve been here a year. The rest of my comments barring the newb question stands though...
Brown just filed an ethics complaint against Coakley’s campaign alleging that she used state resources and SEIU leaders to make phone calls, email addresses, etc... to “urge” union members to vote for her...
I’d like to think these are independent individuals who are sick and tired of being told what to do and are waking up, but perhaps don’t have the luxury to find a non-union job at this time (or they don’t have a choice in their profession whether or not to join). The only other option would be that some are trying to deflect from the ethics complaints by saying “See we aren’t forcing anyone to vote Dem”....
You really want to upset Mass residents, have Obama take his daughters on a bus through town on Monday. Seeing two black kids on a bus during a school day will cause riots.

______________
I have heard many use the term “progressive” for McCain and a host of other RINO’s. Ever listened to Glen Beck? McCain’s “hero” is Teddy Roosevelt — the leading Republican Progressive in the late 19th and early 20th century. The only real difference between Democrat Progressives and Republican Progressives is that the Liberal Democrat Socialists want to take us into their Marxist utopia on a supersonic jet, while the Republican are content taking us in that direction on a train. Same direction, different speeds.
The difference is ONLY a matter of degree — not direction. Not on most issues. Oh — and, NO troll here.
You didn't see Glenn Beck interview Sarah, did you?
Sorry, I am just starting to really grasp what the Europeans and Asians mean when they say America is fat. It is ####ing everywhere!"
Get your eyes checked!
Look VERY closely how the people are dressed. I'll add a minor clue: It is January and very cold. People are wearing coats.
These people are wearing the T-shirts OVER their winter coats.
There's no way they can look skinny dressed like that.
They could be skinny as rails. I’m just sayin’ the picture reminded me. It’s off topic and I apologize for hijacking this thread. I would have deleted the post if I could have...
I think the word “progressive” fits in quite well w/ people like Sen. Juan McCain & el Presidente Bush. Teddy Roosevelt played an important part of the Progressive movement of the early 20th century, & McCain has heaped praise on TR several times. Glenn Beck has mentioned that about TR also, saying that he himself used to respect TR before he began to learn the truth about the Progressives — a few days ago he said that he now uses his bust of TR as a door stop.
And you wonder why you get a hard time.
If you've noticed this is a Conservative site and we don't think of those two or those like them.
If you are referring to Scott Brown, I have NO respect for Juan McCain, Ridy or Romney. Go back & read my earlier posts.
