"You have to convince them that the system in which they're living will never succeed, will never help them, that the system in which they live is rigged against them. That's how you make them open for "change." So this business today of coming out and announcing a punitive tax on banks is just the next incremental step in forcing as many Americans as possible to essentially give up on the last 200 years of America and accept a transformation to a socialist or fascist-type of (probably more likely fascist) private ownership that's government-directed."

He’s right that to make Americans give up on capitalism, you have to drown them with tax burdens and government bennies until they realize that the deck is stacked against them. Sadly, too many don’t figure out that it is the government, not corporations, that stacks the deck against them. That’s why some states may have to secede for capitalism to survive.
I hope it’s not too late but anytime I talk to a Democrat it seems they’ve already swallowed the hate from all their liberal professors and want to live off the government teat for the rest of their lives.

I have a scifi board with only a few members, I have been writing a story bit by bit called ‘Earth Czar’ which takes place very far from Earth. So your handle got my attention.
Just wait for their glad response when they get their id scanner implant on their foreheads! Wards of the government forever!
It’s why he got the Nobel...
