I love Duncan Hunter but there’s no way he is a national candidate. Name one state where he received more than 2% in the 2008 primaries. National elections require charisma, not something Hunter has.

Pissant, 9 out of 10 Republican voters don’t even know who Duncan Hunter is, despite his excellent conservative patriot credentials, and the fact that he was a candidate in 2008. He simply doesn’t have a sizable footprint on the national stage.
If he’s not already recognized by the majority of Republican voters, there’s no way that he’ll have any chance of clinching the nomination in 2012.
