He goes on to state that it took 2 additional months for her to come back to say no index existed. He's questioning why she didn't answer negative in the first place.

Didn't Leo and/or MrsTickly get a similar run-around only to have a "final" answer of yes?

I will throw my .02 cents in the ring. Hawaii DOH has failed to respond to many Public Records requests, and as of recently possibly under threat of suit is responding to some. Their public relations is a nightmare and few people trust them and their statements much less their responses.

I think a few hundred suits ought to get their attention. There is no reason in the world why they won't let the public, know the difference between a COLB with date filed by Registrar and date accepted by State Registrar. Someone supposedly got an answer that they don't have to answer all questions. Other answers are that their are no records showing the difference. Yeah right, and I have a bridge to Hawaii for sale. That is evasive and casts a very bad light on Hawaii DOH and their higher ups.

Where is the news media on this? Honolulu Advertiser? Someone needs to ask the Governor why they won't answer such a simple question. Forget Hawaii as a vacation destination, they can't be trusted IMO. Forget calling Glenn Beck call the Governor. Tell them when the Republicans/Tea Partiers take back Congress they won't see a dime till they obey their own laws. PUT THE HEAT ON, ASK EVERYONE TO CONTACT HAWAII UNTIL WE GET SOME STRAIGHT ANSWERS!

No doubt about it, everyone is getting the run around about Obama’s vital records from the State of Hawaii. Without a lawsuit which results in a court order for the State to release all the vital records information being requested, we can not assume the replies to the UIPA requests are true or false.

Leo was going to follow up with a lawsuit on this but he disappeared elsewhere but only after criticizing and diminishing all real efforts being made by others. In truth, I don't think Leo really was interested in finding out the truth about Obama’s citizenship status because when he got close in this UIPA strategy he took over from Ms. Tickley - he dropped it and closed his blog. Ms. Tickley’s findings were fuzzy to me but then she disappeared.

Now we have this kooky thing that makes no sense. A lot of these folks are just weird and manipulative. I think Obama is hiding his birth data and background records for a reason that is not good. But there seems to be a lot of people cropping up to mislead and lie in order to misinform, discredit, discourage and confuse the “birthers.”
