If you'd put half as much effort into conservatizing the Repub party as you do bitchin about it, then we'd be way ahead of this game. However, from what I'm reading there is a huge waste of a political steadfast stance going on in your life. It is something which will never materialize in this county at this time in history.

I hear you and even understand where you're coming from, but please try to grasp the reality, not the prophesy. The fight we need to be involved with is in the republican party, not some farcical third rail party which is not even a blink on the radar.

We have the best opportunity we have ever had as conservatives to change the party to a purely conservative one in nature.

In 1994 conservatives basically took over both houses. In 12 short years they squandered the living daylights out of their power. Conservatives do this because of our nature. Conservatives do not make politics our religion.

How utterly childish! I'll never understand people who espouse a certain personal view come on a "message board" and can't take somebody they don't even know, disagreeing with their POV. These are the same people who are clueless to understand it's a political forum, there is supposed to be debate, and nothing's personal.
