It is my best guess that Obama’s attorneys figured that once Judge Carter dismissed it was over… far from it! Orly has come back with a strong offense. For sure the Justice Department (Obama, et al) is doing its best to stop Judge Carter from approving the transfer to Judge Lamberth in Washington DC. Orly filed a nice response to their opposition.
Below are some highlighted excerpts from the filing:
Orly has pointed out that Judge Carter promised to hear the case on its merits. The Justice Department defending Obama conned the Judge into dismissing and used the excuse of “jurisdiction” claiming only Quo Warranto can be brought in Washington DC.
Orly said, “fine, let’s move the case.” She is asking Judge Carter to move the case to Judge Lamberth’s court in DC. This would serve to best expedite the case, including discovery.
Orly is making sure that Judge Carter is aware of the fact that the Justice Department and Eric Holder have been stalling for many months now. An original Quo Warranto was filed in Judge Taylor’s Washington DC court (he has since retired.. couldn’t stand the heat in my opinion).. that was back in March, 2009. The Justice Department has done everyting in its power to stall, hide, ignore the case..
Orly is telling the Judge that the longer he waits to allow “we the people” to seek justice in court the more damage that Obama does to our Country. The Justice Department is basically defending a Usuper in office.. the entire system appears to be corrupt.. of course, Eric Holder is simply a puppet for Obama.
We hope and pray that Judge Carter allows this case to be transferred.. Obama will have a much tougher time getting the case dismissed in Washington DC if Carter allows the transfer.. Any kind of ruling against Obama will set a precedent that could literally force the Court into action.

By his own biography, there is NO way he can pass the test. The hard evidence is so far beyond overwhelming, it is ridiculous.
Now, when I see that there is an "apparent conspiracy" (of some sort) by which every member of the Supreme Court is involved, every member of Congress is involved, every member of the Joint Chiefs is involved, most members of the DOD, the CIA, the FBI, the Secret Service is involved, state run media is involved, along with ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN,PBS, NPR, MSNBC, Fox and print news is involved -- and they all know that Obama is not qualified per the Constitution -- then that -- is a bigger conspiracy than even exist with the UFO coverup that several FReepers talk about here, too...
That's a mighty big conspiracy.... of humongous proportions... LOL... [And I might add, it apparently involves Vice President Cheney and President Bush, too].
On the other hand, there may be a simpler explanation than this huge and monstrous conspiracy just mentioned above -- it could be that you don't have the correct understanding of the issue... :-)

States make official and legal pronouncements all the time, through different agencies about different things. It goes on in all states and has for a long time. That's why states hire lawyers to go over things like this and to vet statements for legality... :-)
I'm surprised you haven't noticed this before...
As I said in another post, the fact that a state makes some kind of an official pronouncement on some legal matter is not new and it sometimes will be challenged in a court of law. If that happens then we'll find out.
But, I doubt you'll have this one challenged in a court of law, since they are making an official announcement from the State of Hawaii about records that they and no one else maintains and since they are the only legal authority for producing such a certified copy, if one is ever asked for or demanded by a court.

Who knows..., it's an interesting legal strategy... I don't know how well it's going to work for you, but we'll see... :-)
Are you paying any attention, at all, to what Obama is doing to this country? Do you really think we will survive as a free people until the next election? This is the single issue that can save our country by ridding it of not only Obama, but all of the traitors who abetted his rise to power, in spite of the fact that HE IS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

Once filed and a prima facia case has been presented, which certainly can be done; the burden then shifts to Obama to prove he is qualified. If he can, he must be ousted.
If the courts won't do it, I think a couple hundred thousand patriots marching on the White House would do the trick; and I'd be one of them.

So, I would say that I'm more like Vice President Cheney and President George Bush, except that I didn't have any direct authority to do anything like they did. I just had the same opinion about Obama's qualifications as they did... :-)
