That’s a 2005 GM product...before their decent into pure D socialism. The off road package is better, the vehicle to this day holds its value better. But, the FORD and Dodge priducts were also good then and are today. If I were buying today I’d probably go Ford on principle alone.I drive a Z71 as well, great truck, but its pushing 240K, if I end up buying new, it will be a Ford. Tough call for a GM guy. I'm right there with you on that decision. But mine has just broken 50K and I have a of miles left in her...and she works so well for what I need her for.
