Hawaiian? Or lyin'?
WND ^ | January 09, 2010 | Joseph Farah

I read with bemusement this week about Hawaii's many plans for honoring the first American president to claim the island state as his birthplace.

All in all, Hawaiian officials seem eager to claim Barack Obama as a native son even while failing to provide a modicum of proof that he was actually born there.

Amazingly, given the secretive status of the birth hospital, at least one legislator is even proposing an Obama birthplace state park.

State park?

Why not at least a plaque at the actual birthplace?

How is it that state officials are neglecting the hospital?

Why is the medical establishment he was born in still a better kept secret than who ghost-wrote his autobiography?

With all the hoopla over Obama in Hawaii, why is no institution willing to come forward and proclaim, with pride, that Obama was born there – and provide some evidence while it's at it?

Yeah, it’s not necessary for him to show his birth certificate yet because of his muzzie brothers our wives and daughters must be body scanned by a bunch of $9.00 hr security guards. Go figure.

I think that's obvious. Evidence can be used in court.

LACK OF EVIDENCE cannot prove anything, nor can it be 'investigated'.

If as Comrade Obama Jr claims his dad was Barak Hussein Obama Sr, of Kenya,
than it's not possible for Junior to be a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S.

At the time of the drafting and ratification of the United States constitution,
the definition of natural born citizen, combined both the principles of jus soli and jus sanguinis.

“The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.
As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”
Emmerich De Vattel, (1714-1767,) Law of Nations, 1758, § 212, "Of the citizens and naturals."

I wonder if the root of this birth certificate dilemna goes back to the problem with Barack Obama Sr? If a Hawaii birth certificate were produced back in August 4, 1961 (Zer0’s birth day), it would reveal that he was conceived early November 1960, about three to four weeks before Ann Dunham’s 18th birthday on November 29, 1960. That would have put Barack Obama Sr in grave jeopardy legally speaking. Statutory rape was a serious crime in 1960. I am sure that Madalyn Dunham made sure Barack Sr knew the situation he was in. It would have ruined his plans to get a degree in economics at the University of Hawaii and a PHD in Harvard. So, what better way to hide the facts of the matter than to go back to Kenya for the birth. This would have settled the need to get Hussein Onyango OBAMA’s (Barak Sr’s father) blessing for the marriage as well simplifying the underage question for Stanley Ann. It also would have established Zer0’s citizenship for the day when Barack Sr would bring wife and son to Kenya after his education.

Excellent article about Hawaiian corruption when it came to birth records at the time of Obama’s birth. Pass it along as it should be widely read.

Thanks. Actually, I’m more “Hawaiian” than he is. I lived there for around 14 years.

I get the feeling (just read, no insider info (ha!) and the increasing high pitched tenor of those supporting 0bama around here) that things may be unraveling a bit for they liar and his hirelings. Bloodhounds baying in the distance, etc.

I get this feeling once we see Obama's long form Hawaii birth certificate sometime down the road:

1. There will be no doctor's name or signature.

2. There will be no Hawaii hospital name on it.

3. Poor President Obama. Once his long form Hawaii birth certificate and his Occidental College in California freshmen records are released sometime down the road, Obama will be the most disgraced person in American history.

He may be that before any records are released.
A lot of loose ends sticking out of that empty suit.
