There you go Your Friggin Honor. Help the terrorists of this world. I hold this judge in complete contempt. He should do jail time for aiding the enemies of this nation.

After he’s set loose on technicalities, he’ll be the ghost writer for Obama’s next book.

Boy am I glad that Zero and his butt boy Holder thought through this whole conferring of rights to “man-made disaster club members”.

I really cannot fault the judge for this. It is illegal to coerce a confession from a criminal suspect in the US criminal justice system. If a cop had done the same thing to any criminal suspect this too would have been rejected by the courts.

Of course, this is why you don't prosecute foreign terrorists in US courts.

Don’t know anything about the judge, but this is what happens when you treat terrorism like a crime and not like a war. Guess our military will have to start taking Miranda cards with them so they can read the terrorists their rights.

I agree. War and crime are different things. The blame rests squarely on those who determined that this was a criminal matter.

I am becoming more and more convinced that obama and holder are not on our side in the war against the terrorists.

Seems like just about everything they’ve done is favoring the terrorists over us. But I’m still hoping to see that I’m wrong.
