On Jan 4th, 2010 at 9am I have thousands of patriots that are demanding Beck answer why this matter is being banned from his show and Fox news entirely.
This is called Operation “FLOOD IT”
We will all call (888) 727-2325 and demand to know:
Why there are pending lawsuits in the courts and Fox news is not talking about them?
Why have the lawyers and plaintiffs never appeared ONCE on Fox News?
Why is Fox News protecting Obama with this issue?
Why did Fox News hide this story PRIOR to the 2008 election?
Why are the Fox viewers not being kept up to date on the pending lawsuits and questions regarding Obama’s ineligibility?
Why is the name Barry Soetoro never mentioned on Beck’s show?
Is it Murdoch or the Saudi Prince that banned this topic from Fox news?
Did they threaten all Fox news personalities that this issue is not to be mentioned on Fox news and OFF as well? This explains why the blackout has reached Hannity and Becks radio show.
What is everyone in a panic for? They all claim Obama is eligible, then this really is an open and shut case…right? or is it?
This is the issue that can throw Obama aka Barry Soetoro into jail. This is the issue that could implode the Democrat party, because many powerful people are possibly also involved in this massive cover up. Many Americans that voted for Obama, would feel betrayed and they will walk away from the Democrat party FOREVER.
This is the issue that could bring down the 1st African-American president and the left are protecting him with everything they got. Obama has betrayed the African American people, because he has allowed this black cloud to ruin a historic moment.
This is the issue that is most important and dangerous, that is the real reason why it is banned from the American MSM.

Beck, BOR, Ann Coulter and many others all have the same reaction. They get angry and defiant and insultingly dismissive. It just doesn’t make sense. A reasoned turnoff to a caller or debater like “I don’t have an answer for you, I’m afraid it’s up to the courts at this point so let’s talk about something I CAN address...” wouldn’t be a red flag. You’re right about the bullying, it’s almost the universal modis operandi when the subject presents. Something stinks!
Personally I am completely TICKED that Fox News has utterly ignored Obama’s natural born status. O’Reilly deliberately lied and attempted to confuse and mislead his listeners when he said he SAW the birth certificate. Ann Coulter called us CRANKS! This is a legitimate question! Is Obama even eligible to be in the White House?
Then there is Rush. He **LIED LIED LIED** when he said he did not know who Phillip Berg and Larry Sinclair were.
Think of it like a business. If a business cheats, lies, obfuscates, insults their customers, or fails in anyway to deliver the promised service, then they have cheapened their “brand name” and destroyed trust in the business.
Rush, Beck, Coulter, OReilly are essentially running small businesses. Their “business” is their credibility with their listeners and those who buy the books they write. Nearly all have dodged, obfuscated, LIED LIED LIED, ignored, and failed to deliver. In other words they have and are destroying their “brand name”. I am certain that the Marxist-fascists are thrilled and rejoicing that the conservative media is doing this. It was probably part of an Alinsky strategy.
The **TRUTH** is that an honest man would be HONORED to promptly prove in every way that he was a natural born citizen and eligible to be president. OBAMA IS NOT DOING THAT! HE IS DOING THE OPPOSITE! That alone should be NEWS!!!IT IS NEWS!!!
Yes, I am shouting. I am exasperated with Fox and Clear Channel. A lot of people are. I feel certain that was the plan of Alinskites to have exactly that effect. Their plan all along was to destroy the listener and customers’ trust in the conservative media as well as preserve a likely ineligible usurper in the White House. Gee! Two birds with one stone.
Of course, there are reasons not to provide names. But they don’t name anything! All they do is make allegations about threats, along with some super secret place where copies of something are stashed away.
And on that point, think about the absurdity of two people talking about threats to broadcasters who talk about the BC issue, and there they are...on radio chatting away about it.
And as far as Hagmann and Mcleod are concerned, they have to credibility at all.
I will tell you this, flat out. Rush Limbaugh has not been threatened, nor has Glenn Beck, nor do I believe, any other broadcaster in the country.
Do I believe it’s possible that some Program Director, or even a corporate type issued a directive not to talk about the BC, it could have happened, but it’s a real stretch.

Same here. It could well be a trap, so if any organization is going to go out on a limb on this issue, they had better be DARN sure that they're right!
Well, first of all, I never have used the term “Birthers”. And I’m not too sure what a “Ghoster” is.
Further, the issue of his records “being sealed” (and I hesitate to use that word, but since you did, I will) is problematic to me, especially in light of the fact that Obama himself used private records of Jack Ryan, and another earlier political opponent to win those elections.
But I will take issue with your inflamatory language about threats to just about every entity with “standing. Where in the world do you get this idea that they are threatening “riots” and “blood in the streets”? And who, specifically, is doing the threatening?
The problem with threads like this is that it goes from one feverish claim to another, and pretty soon you are imagining “blood in the streets.”
This fact of his parent's nationality/allegiance must be assumed true because Obama has told us all, numerous times, about his Kenyan father. That so few bother to read our Constitution, or verify for him or herself, by reading any of the court cases in which the definition of natural born citizen is repeated, is why it is a dead end for commentators who live or die by sound bites. The media insult and embarass people because they can. Most of their audience don't know the truth, and educating their public, particularly if they survive on the party teat, is not to be expected.
On some of the blogs more focused on constitutional eligibility the Obama team is ready with the smokescreens, in case the public becomes well enough informed to start to seriously ask about Obama’s father, and about what jus sanguinis means to our founders. They raise clauses in the British Nationality Act presuming Obama II is a bastard, because Sr. is an illegitimate father. They claim that Obama senior, because he supposedly already had a wife in Kenya, (like the current Prime Minister of South Africa, who just married his third wife), could not have a valid marriage with Stanley Ann, and thus Obama’s citizenship devolved to that of his mother, about whom we also have no proof of citizenship.
This is not a simple case, but, while not offering what I believe, is a compelling line of reasoning for accepting Obama’s assertions about his father, the supreme court has good reason to address this, and probably won't unless enough people understand the issue. To worry about a birth certificate is a waste of time. Read the The Venus, 12 U.S. 253, on page 289. If anyone fails to answer the question of why Chief Justice John Marshall doesn't mean what he says, “...born in the country of parents who are its citizens,” you can be certain that the rest is a smokescreen. I've seen most of the smokescreens over the past year. I've had to read more deeply myself to feel confident of the simple truth.
You don't need to read all of Wong Kim Ark. It is confusing, but finally, Wong Kim, born of Chinese nationals in San Francisco, is declared a citizen - jus soli, because he was born in the country, but not a natural born citizen. Minor v. Happersett is much better written, and perfectly clear. There is no citation in the case law of the supreme court - our common law - contradicting, extending, or modifying in any way the citation by John Marshall, who cites Emer de Vattel’s Law of Nations, the most quoted legal source in the U.S.between 1790 and 1820, “...born in the country of parents who are its citizens.”
When they single out Beck, it makes me question their motives.
I can’t blame you for thinking it is a crock as the whole thing really needed the whistle blower to give it credibility. But I do think you are wrong about the media not being threatened in some way. A carrot wouldn’t do that but a stick would. Something has certainly made the subject untouchable in an unnatural way.
I have read Hagmann and McLeod’s December 2008...that’s 2008...story on the so-called threats to media personalities and corporate heads.
I’ll tell you this. I flat out don’t believe it. Further, I don’t believe Hagmann and McLeod. They have no credibility whatsoever.
To try to keep the lid on threats such as they pose, dealing with the people they suggest were threatened is virtually impossible. So one would have told the story in the last 13, 14 months.

I remember the State Run Media spending 6 months with thousands of stories and thousands of hours of television time of GW Bush’s National Guard Records.
Obama hasn’t released any of his records. *crickets* from the left and the so called conservative media. We don’t even know if he is a citizen or what his legal name is. It’s BEYOND ABSURD.
We know that Obama has admitted he was a dual born citizen. That issue alone could be explored by the so called conservative talking heads. Yet they say nothing. Obama’s entire life history having been scrubbed or off-limits should be a HUGE story. Yet they say nothing.
I’m afraid these fair-weather conservatives are going to lose big whether or not they stay silent on this issue. The Left is going to lower the hammer of censorship and by then it won’t matter anyway.
Maybe Fox is using this as leverage against the democrats?

Deception—Birthers want to stick all Conservatives with this issue and their friends in the DNC would love to have Beck go this way—look what it did for Dobbs? Go for this and see all the Racist Charges etc... There is more important work to do—besides, Obama has had enough time to forge, change, make deals with Democrats in Hawaii to get all the records changed he wants. The truth will NEVER be known now. Its been covered up and made legal.
