Islamic militants had killed his brother, Mohamed Ahmed Kheire testified, and majority clan members had beaten his sister. He had to flee Mogadishu to live.

Even if his story is true, he will likely join the ranks of Somali criminals here in the USA.
Hope they check his underwear to make sure there’s no “Boomware” there before they send him back to Mogadishu.
NEWS FROM THE GRAVY TRAIN Mexico is the staging area for a new class of refugees whining for "Political Asylum." Social Security has a "persecution" classification (originally for those claiming religious or political persecution from Eastern Bloc countries).
Now the Mexican govt is coaching its citizens to pour into the US, whining about "persecution from abusive spouses, and from drug wars." Some of these whiners are wealthy people, squatting on US soil, intent on draining the US treasury.
THE RIPOFF UP CLOSE Social Security provides outrageous government financial aid to "refugees" claiming "persecution." These people never paid a dime into the SS system; yet, they can collect seven years straight...... and can get extended payments if they are politically well-connected. The SS checks can amount to $1000 a month, and more. The category was created for those coming from eastern Europe and other Soviet satellite countries circa WW II....and they're STILL collecting.......connivers draining the US Treasury.
"How are asylum authorities going to substantiate these claims," said Ira Mehlman, a spokesman for the advocacy group Federation for American Immigration Reform. Mehlman said his organization opposed expanding the asylum law, which was created in 1980 largely as a means for Communist Bloc citizens to defect while visiting the US in a diplomatic role. Backers of the law at the time estimated that claims would average around 5,000 a year and drop off significantly after the Cold War ended.
In fiscal year 2008, the government received 47,459 asylum claims and granted 10,743 - a decrease over the previous year's 54,957 applications and 12,807 approvals.

Despite this, President Bush, and now President Obama, have been secretly working to integrate the US and Mexico into a common political and economic unit.

Spencer said while Mexicans are being besieged, which is nothing new for them, Americans are being betrayed by a government that refuses to protect them.
