I believe mostly everything I SEE and some of what I hear! I saw him, in what looked like, a drunken stooper. What with the wobbling and slurred speech, I find it highly unlikely that he was sober! 8 martini lunch?

He’s right. He wasn’t DRUNK. The video made it clear: HE WAS S**TFACED!
Drinking out of remorse for screwing 300 million people?

Ha, ha, ha!
What an ass this guy made of himself. He is a drunken disgrace. I hope they use the footage to “smear” him in the ad for the candidate running against him for US Senate.

The enemedia spins for the drunk. They ran interference for that fat drunken blob from Massachusetts for most of my life. They are better than good at it.

I’ll never forget Ted when he had to take the stand in his nephew’s rape trial, he was irate. The two of them had been bar hopping and the enemedia couldn’t spin that.

Every thing Max knows he learned from Teddy, so why would his drinking habits be any different that that old Flubber from Mass??
To: jazusamo
How can you be “loaded” when you are operating with half a deck?
To: jazusamo
He was either drunk on alkeehole or power. I say both.
