Ispahan and Najafabad are at the centre of the once conservative heartlands of the regime, now in open revolt.
Tehran was half closed today, many were in no mood to go to work.
Regime does not have support of the army and knows it cannot keep order with basij and Islamic Guards.

Very interesting! Thanks for posting!
Prayers up...
I stand with the Iranian People!
(In spite of 0bummer standing with Imanutjob)
Oh in case you missed it, AmericanConstitutionalist pinged me this morn for an update to a thread I posted yesterday, and here 8that* is:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Things are really dicey. The hardliners are worried about a military coup supporting the people.
Ahmadinijad has been moved to a secret and hidden location.
Grand Ayatollahs that have supported the people, are being beaten and arrested, the Hardliners are rounding up clerics that support the people even in Qom.
The Mirority Party of The Iranian Parlement has warned the Intelligence and Justice to not take sides.
Protests and round ups continue.
Some places are under Martial Law and other are in dispute as to who is in control.
The hardliners have gone full out and have raided all of the major opposition leaders headquarters and arrested all the key aides they can lay their hands on.
Family members of Opposition leaders are being arrested.
Reports of some aides being taken the the Ministry of Intelligence instead of to prisons.
Protests continue even without Opposition leaders. Its been reported over half of Tehrans workforce has stayed home today rather than risk going to work, or showing support for the regime...
...And the beat goes on...
Are we going to act now, or wait until things are as desperate as they now are in Iran?
Act? By doing what? Anything we do will only unite both sides against us. Let them have their own bloody revolution because no matter who wins, they will still hate our guts.
Mass strikes here in the USA is the only way we are going to get the attention of this administration, also!
General 1 day & 2 day strikes would stop this country in it’s tracks. When all the priviledged people cannot get their Starbucks and their Limo drivers at their beck & call, then they might realize how pissed we are.
i fear that ACHdiwhit will fire a missle at Israel as a desparate attempt to change the topic
Mind you, I am far from being “in the loop”, But my impression is That the US will keep a hands off approach until a viable opposition government establishes itself and asks us for help. But not one US boot on Iranian soil till then, IF then. Quite fankly if it gets too that point, the only help they’d likely even need from us is copmmunications equipment arms and satellite intel. If they even needed that. If the Iranian army and the Bazarii side with the people, the regime is pretty much done for, and khamenei, will be on his planes and gone, leaving the IRGC and the Basij to be tried by the people they habve been brutalizing all these years.
But that’s just my opinion.... >B-)
Thanks! Missed that earlier.
Me too and you have to wonder why Obama is standing with the terrorists.
yep........Israel better be on full alert...desperate men make desperate moves...like grampa used to say....who is the most dangerous man in the world??? a man that has nothing to lose.
From what twitter handles do these come?
... Presuming that Tehran even has sour apple trees.
What a laugh it would be if Harry Truman gifted Tehran it's only sour apple tree to the Shah back in 1947.
“Let them have their own bloody revolution because no matter who wins, they will still hate our guts.”
I don’t think so. There’s a new dynamic brewing in that country with the young folks. They’re far more pro-western than the theo-thugocracy running the show now.
At some point, some day, people in this country will get enough of slavery and tyranny and we will have the same bloody revolution against the government here.
Tyrants have come to power where the people were iliterate, no press, no internet, no means to be informed.
Tyrants have moved suddenly with armies, and tanks....
Here we are with more information than we know what to do with, and no excuse for sitting fat and happy....What’s wrong with us?
The riots in Iran are taking place because young people there have the unviversal human yearning to breath free. If we did no more that defend freedom and liberty in our own country, we would give them courage and encouragement to find their own way. “Is life so dear, or peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of slavery?”
I pray you are correct. After it being shot down, Bibi could unleash the hounds of hell on Tehran, Qom, and those nuke sights.
only one thing at the top of my mind....
With God, All Things are Possible.
I intentionally leave them off, in the mere chance I could be singling them out to an Iranian snake lurking here for his tyrant master Khamemei or his evil son.
