Levi-Bristol custody fight over Palin grandchild will be public

Johnston said he didn't want to hurt or embarrass his son -- or Bristol. He thinks Sarah Palin, not Bristol, is acting with "sheer malice," Butler wrote in a court filing.

"He feels Sarah Palin, through her lawyer, under the guise of Bristol Palin's name, would run roughshod over his very bones," Butler wrote."

The best thing Sarah can do is to just keep quiet on the subject. Her only comment should be: “It will play out in the family court; let’s leave it there.” I love Sarah, but she does tend to allow herself to be pulled into a public back-and-forth when it’s not necessary. Hopefully that will not be the case this time.

In the Barbara Walters interview, Barbara asked Sarah if Levi is paying child support. Sarah dodged the question. Perhaps, Sarah is learning not to get into a trash talk match with the douche bag.

In Sarah’s book, she was asked at a debate what she would do if one of her daughters came up pregnant. She said that she would try to talk her into adoption.

This is pure vengeance on Levi's part. The mother keeps the baby most of the time, even when it involves a good stable father. Levi's mom is under house arrest for dealing drugs. There is not much on his side to recommend him as a custodial parent.

What future Levi Johnston has is as a paid gadfly to Sarah Palin. After that it's dumpster diving.
