Four days late, Barack Obama will interrupt his Hawaii vacation and finally speak to the nation today about the Christmas Day terror attack on America. However, he will be hiding from the American people and a media that might (might) ask uncomfortable questions by releasing a taped statement rather than making a live address.
Reports are that he will tape his remarks at the nearby Marine base he has been using for his gym workouts, golfing and beach outings. Obama is staying at a $8.9 million estate that rents for an estimated $4000 per night.
The White House Web site still has not posted any statement by Obama or anyone from his administration about the attack. Late last night the administration updated WhiteHouse.gov for the first time since Christmas Eve with a statement by Obama on the passing of Percy Sutton and one by the National Security Council on the protests in Iran. But still no word on the attempted massacre of 289 innocents on Northwest Airlines flight 253.
The Obama media is parroting the Obama spin that his above-it-all response to the attack is smart strategy, yet it is actually giving the American people the idea that Obama doesn't care enough about the country to take five minutes in four days of fun in the sun to do his job.
Releasing a taped statement will only add to the appearance of distance between Obama and the American people.
What’s the over under on his apology to the jihadists? Does he put it right up front or wrap up his address with it? I am guessing he apologizes right up front..

He should give war a chance.
With one weapon he should destroy a city/terrorist training camp in Yemen and never acknowledge it or mention it, ever.

Lets be serious for a moment.
The idiot took power with his policy if placating and making nice with the terrorists because, you know, they were only doing that killing stuff because of GWB and things that evil person was doing like the “air raiding villages and killing innocents”.
Funny isn’t it that since his “RESET” with the terror Monarchy that they have no less than 4 separate examples of their elevated passion and intent to KILL us all?

So to sum it up, his plan has totally and completely been an abysmal failure and serves to prove that the Terror networks of the world don’t play DC politics with who and WHY they kill. They kill us because hate us all, and always will. That is why it really is a War - on Terror.
And I find it fairly amusing that “the one’s” plan in Afghanistan has so far ben to do EXACTLY what GWB was doing by using drones to kill the terrorists. So I guess “air raiding villages” is OK if they bombs are progressive/liberal bombs, right?
What a complete and utter fool 0bama is.
Who’s the woman? He has a thing for wide-berthed ladies with waistlines in their armpits I see.
A speech should fix it/obama-think
The different versions have been tried out to see which one gets the best result from an audience and then that one will be the one shown to his people.
He always says “make no mistake” and “let me be clear” in his speeches, too. hehe
I think we can all safely predict that he will deliver vague generalities upon which almost any meaning can be attached. He’ll say things like “This unfortunate incident is undergoing intensive investigation” and “The flying public can rest assured that LONE SUSPECTS such as this person are rare and that the situation was immediately addressed, blah, blah, blah.”
His remarks will be filtered through the ears of Muslims all over the world, so as not to overtly blame them. However, I do think that he will find a way to slyly blame Bush, just as Gibbs did on the Sunday talk shows: “These policies have been in place for several years.” In fact, I was WAITING for Gibbs to do just that, and he did not disappoint.
When blaming Bush, look for B.O. to suddenly get an itch on his forehead so that he can extend his middle finger and scratch it.

Two others I hear ad nauseum are “As I’ve said before” and “Moving forward.” I particulary detest “moving forward.” Seems redundant and a put-down, as though the listener believes in “moving backward.”
This looks so wrong. Bushes, plastic bags, cash exchanging hands....
