In the dead of night on December 17, 2009, President Barack Hussein Obama placed the United States of America under the authority of the international police organization known as INTERPOL, granting the organization full immunity to operate within the United States.
Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order 12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945. By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

After the end of World War II in 1945, the organization was revived as the International Criminal Police Organization by European Allies of World War II officials from Belgium, France, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. Its new headquarters were established in Saint-Cloud, a town on the outskirts of Paris. They remained there until 1989, when they were moved to their present location, Lyon.
If either President Bush had done this under the guise of the ‘war on terror’ the jack boot lickers would have been orgastic.
The US is a member of Interpol. It’s US HQ is at the Dept. of Justice in Washington, DC. It has always been able to operate in the US. The change is that now it’s property and assets are immune to search and seizure by search warrant, subpoena, or FOIA inquiry. If they are custodians of any evidence or seized property, we can’t get it.
Why was this change so important that it required an executive order? Would the administration like to put something where it can never be accessed through legal means? It appears with this order in place that evidence held at the DOJ in DC could be sloughed off to Interpol and never be accessed through legal means.

Looks like another count to add to Zero’s already long list of Treason charges.

What are the odds that Obama can ask Interpol to do what state and even federal police cannot? Search and seizure and arrest without warrants by Interpol, bypassing the Constitution?

Anything’s possible I suppose. As many here have said, our own USA grown military would never serve as their ‘enforcers’ against us.............
Now, this, might be a different story....The ‘incident’ at ft. Hood also comes to mind.

In fairness, DU is in full meltdown over this. A mod threatened to pull this story, as it was *too damaging* to Obama. They are furious. As much as I hate to admit it, granted, it is the herd that have turned on BHO and his Merry Band of Thieves, but, still.
And we may not even know of such “apprehensions” because they don’t have to tell us and our own agencies are not allowed to ask. They can abduct and kill Americans on American soil without penalty. To get the attention of the USSC a victim of INTERPOL would have to sue in the USSC and no such victims will be available to sue.This looks like a setup for classic Latin-American “disappearances.”
Further evidence that Obama does not want America to be a dominant power but rather a global pussycat. He doesn’t know how to do otherwise and is looking to other agencies to carry the ball for him.
