I understand perfectly the bleak future that is possible for our children if we are not successful in fighting this off. We must do all that we can.

Looks like Gibbs drew the short straw for staying in DC while everyone else in the Administration headed for holiday relaxation. Why would anyone want to hear a word that he utters? Lies, lies, lies.

Prediction:

Watch for the White House-controlled national media,
reading off the White House-supplied sheets, to
substitute the word “______ scare”, rather than “attack”
when describing the Islamonazi terrorist attack
on a loaded airplane.

Well, what I am watching is that this is being called terrorism because it was unsuccessful.

Also watching how the officials are trying to associate themselves with the Dutch guy saving the day, even though they had NOTHING to do with stopping it.

Exactly MM this was a govt. blunder from start to finish.

Of course it will never be the fault of the Barksy adm. since they never make mistakes.I am just wondering how it will be spun to be Gw's fault? Have not figured that one out yet. But I am sure its coming our way.

Just watched a near 4 minute video on this guy and he is super impressive.

Humble, funny, from the South,Georgia, but wound up Indiana Governor.

He did a short presentation at a basketball function and pointed out how basket ball is the great equalizer. Everyone on the court is the same regardless of who your are.

He says that's how the state of Indiana should be;

...a kid from anywhere can go to the top...and that's how we need to be...in Indiana

really an impressive, down to earth guy, could really have a future.

Oh, I have already figured that out, rodguy. The following memes have surfaced this morning.

1. Guy got a visa two years ago. (Ignore his father turning him in a month ago.)

2. He has been on the watch list for some time. (Bush should have spotted him.)

I have no doubt they will try to spin this as Bush’s fault. Of course, it could be that Obama wants to get rid of Hillary, in which case the US embassy in Nigeria will be shown to have been the culprit, and by default, the Secretary of State for poor management of her subordinates.

1/2 million on the watch list and we can’t go over that list every time a plane loads.

Computers can instantaneously change a Visa Card account for even the tiniest purchases. This happens millions of times a day. The US Government chooses not to use the power of computers for things like knowing who enters and leaves our country. They don't like things that catch everyone equally since that takes away their power to pass out favors to their preferred people. Where are the statesmen? sigh

Mitch Daniels is an excellent governor. (I am from Indiana.)

He has already said that when he finishes his second term, he is done with running for office.

It’s a shame because he is really funny in a dry way, and is an absolute genius in budgets. (Known as The Blade when he was Bush’s Budget Director.)

Agreed Bah!
My guess is the people on here will make the difference as always. Detecting the lies of the left and correcting them with truth is probably more important in the life of our nation than ever.

I wonder if Gibbs will have an antenna sticking our of his head where he can get messages form Axelrod et all about what to say next. Without it he will be as lost as The Joker.

Oh, I agree. I was just reporting what Wallace said.

It was amazing watching him blather around the subject in order to avoid pointing out how incompetent the Obama Administration is.

Here’s a hint, rodguy, from a British paper’s website:

Prime Minister Gordon Brown faces tough questioning on how and why a man on a US list of terror suspects was able to study for three years here, then continue to live in London. Mr Brown last night vowed to take whatever action was necessary to protect passengers.

You see how the timeline of when he was recognized to be radical has blurred back to three years ago.

Good summary, Miss M. Chris did say, however, that it's been reported that the British denied this guy a Visa--so if that's true, then it will be a much bigger story. It was disappointing how Chris pardoned the Boy King.

Merry Christmas, FRiends!

Amazing, thoroughly amazing!

Problem for them(the leftists) is it happened under their watch! No way to spin out of that. Either their guys caught this clown/wannabe terrorist or didn't. And obviously they didn't.

The problem we all need to be aware of is that the left often uses events like this to erode even more of our freedoms. I doubt this will be any different.

What a shame, why am I not surprised!

You have to wonder sometimes how many great conservatives there are out there who simply will not put up with all the BS one has to encounter in modern govt.
