TEGUCIGALPA (Reuters) - Ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya will spend Christmas with his family stuck inside the soldier-ringed Brazilian Embassy where he has been holed up for months after being toppled in a June coup.

I guess that upholding your Countries’ Constitution is a bad thing when it inconveniences a communist.

I hear there is some availability now for a club Gitmo vacation home. Or just send him to live in Cuba or Venezuela where his hero mentors reign in splendor.
I doubt that Mexico wants him. They are always under threat from the hard core left, and Zelaya’s only supporters would be in that group. Plus he’s tied in with narco-politics, the last thing Mexico needs.
Christmas doesn’t mean anything to a Marxist despot like Zelaya, IAC. Hope he rots wherever he is.
The PEOPLE of Honduras upheld their Constitution.
There is a lesson to be learned there.
The people of Hondouras have a constitutional mandate keeping ANY President from serving more than one term. Z man decided “screw that idea I want to run again.”
That is not a coup.It is him being lawless and rogue. He can rot in Brazilian embassy forever for all I care. We seem to be playing a role like we did in the 1950’s ...backing the wrong side in South America and Central America,
I read that the incoming President is going to grant him some kind of limited amnesty provided he goes quietly into the night.
Yes, but Micheletti and the Honduran good guys won, so now when we see the press say silly things about a “coup” we can just fart in their general direction and enjoy it in a schadenfreudish kind of way.
Why would someone even care enough to write about this assclown Zelaya? Is Reuters so profitable that it can spare reporters to cover such trivia?
Any article that calls it a coup has NO credibility.
