I just want to mention that if you don’t know it, Obama signed an executive order just the other day that gives INTERPOL diplomatic immunity here in the United States. What better way to ensure that his travels and visas in foreign countries cannot be revealed by IOFA inquiries. INTERPOL does not have to reveal what it has on file....I suspect Obama has cut a deal with them......They get a lot...Obama gets their protection. Obama has already scrubbed his travel visas and passport info here in American....now he has foreign information hidden as well.

In requesting and receiving there is a verifiable chain of documents and paperwork, that should allow The State of Hawaii to prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that they produced the COLB for Barrack Obama, who at the time it was created was a candidate for the presidency of the United States of America. There was also some sort of payment accompanying such a request as well as a secure method to ensure that such a document was delivered only to the person that requested it.
In other words a verifiable chain of documentation and expenditure that is sadly missing from a number of sources; The State of Hawaii, Factcheck.org, as well as the Obama Campaign itself.
We are told basically to believe what hasn’t been proved because the State of Hawaii refuses to release even the simplest of documents, a request signed by Barrack Obama, requesting that he receive a COLB.

The “Standard Certificate of Live Birth” contains the father’s race in block #8 and the mother’s race in block #13. Hawaii’s “Certificate of Live Birth” contains the the father’s race in block #13a and the mother’s race in block #12a.
Now, here comes the good stuff. Page 231 contains the requirements for “Race and color.”
“Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and “other nonwhite.”
Do you see a classification for “African?” I certainly don’t.
Now, let’s look at the document that Obama has provided for certifying his eligibility for the Office of the President of the United States and that is displayed on Annenberg FatCheck.org.

Finally, in the case of Ankeny et. al v Mitch Daniels, The Governor of Indiana, the Court of Appeals of the state of Indiana has ruled that both John McCain and Barack Obama are natural born citizens with regard to Article 2 Section 1 Clause 4 of the US Constitution.

Thus far 62 legal challenges to Obama’s eligibility have been dismissed or denied by courts at the state, state appeals, state Supreme Court, federal district, federal appeals and US Supreme Court levels.
There is currently no pending case or suit that could move to a discovery phase. Whether that will change in the future is anybody’s guess.
