The lengths they are willing to go to delude themselves is astonishing.
They freely give themselves over to the Lie. It is what they love.
Not so sure they are self-deluded. Wouldn't say about Evans, or any other specifically, but certainly many at her level of extremism know the totalitarian nature of what they advocate.
At best they are deluded only about the nature of what will follow when they're revolution succeeds, but are fully conscious and aware in their nihilistic desire to destroy the liberal, liberty based social and political order of the democracies.
They're not antiwar. They're prowar on the other side.
