This could be very expensive if a few more senators start having "second thoughts" after seeing the bribe Nelson got for his vote.

It will pass. Yes, there will be further bribes (that taxpayers have to bear).
I really wish these a$$holes would stop spending my money so recklessly and wastefully.

Any federal version of health care is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 does not specifically grant Congress the power to regulate health care. The people are not bound by any unconstitutional act of Congress. It is time for civil disobedience. Pass it on.

No offense, but are you sure? I thought once there are 60 votes to end debate that all the following votes (the Senate bill and then the Conference Committee’s final bill) only required simple majorities?

Don’t you know? Under Obama, all you think you possess actually belongs to him, to redistribute as he pleases. Unless we can stop him.

No, even the rat bastard traitor Ben Nelson had this to say:
"If there are material changes in that conference report different from this bill that adversely affect the agreement, I reserve the right to vote against the next cloture vote. Let me repeat it. I reserve the right to vote against the next cloture vote if there are material changes to this agreement in the conference report. And I will vote against it, if that is the case."
To: aynrandfreak
I saw that idea floated somewhere, and the conclusion was that the bill in total would require breaking up into a number of separate bills that could not be horse traded as successfully. Yes? No?
