Reading of HealthCare Ammendment Live on CSpan! (BILLIONS $$ given to HHS Secretary-Social)

This ammendment is outrageous and will forever change the way we receive Healthcare. Americans to be herded into Community Health Centers run by the Government.

Just listening to this Ammendment being read is making my blood boil. It gives Billions of Dollars to the Health and Human Services Secretary to use at her descretion (walking around money) Much of it will be used to set up community health centers. She can award grants for all sorts of things under this bill. Who gets the money is up to her. Also, this Ammendment changes the Social Secfurity Act in all kinds of ways. It changes language that used to say "physician" to "physician enrolled". Giving new paramaters to which physician can be reimbursed with Social Security funds. It also adds "or nurse" to lines that used to only say "physician". This bill is a MONSTER EVIL that will forever change the way we do or do not receive health care. I'm getting a pictfure of all Americans being seen at Government Community Centers in the future, rather than at private doctors' offices.

This thing massively changes the Tax Code to punish HSA’s, Private insurance purchasers (individual and employer). The HHS Secretary is the one who sets different fees and the amount of such fees. This bill moves Chicago-style “winners and losers” into play on a national scale.

Wait until your occupation or “hobbies” are considered more “high risk” than what is considered by them to be “normal” and therefore your “contribution” will be higher.

Some “hobbies” have a real high health injury and death rate attached to them, and should be classified unlawful for the betterment of all, for the children of course and probably just starting with the larger calibers.

Yes, certain un-PC hobbies like belonging to a Rifle Club, or weekend ATV use will be considered “risky” and therefore require a higher “contribution”. But homosexual activity, which is in reality extremely risky to health, will receive a pass.
