This thing massively changes the Tax Code to punish HSA’s, Private insurance purchasers (individual and employer). The HHS Secretary is the one who sets different fees and the amount of such fees. This bill moves Chicago-style “winners and losers” into play on a national scale.
They will just use this money for their own nefarious puposes. The pay-offs will be staggering. Unfortunately we are footing the bill.
