Oh My! The work is half the fun!

Use COLD diced butter in the dough and dont over work it.
Have a glass of wine.

The Ricotta is easy enough to make fresh. That is why GOD invented cheese cloth.

Merry Christmas to you and yours!

Hey Luv, yeah I went to cook one the other night on the BBQ, and the tank was dry. Had to pan fry it, and the house stunk all night with all of that smoke.

Good to go now! LOL

My exhaust fan just filters and sends the air back in the room. Bad doggone design. When I get a job, I may have them come in and install a REAL exhaust fan. Especially if I get some fresh seafood to cook up before starting. Phew.

*Blues Duke Radio Show*

~Nobel Ironies; Things We’re Not Going To Be Talking About; The Aluminum Horseshoe Drive-Thru Wedding Chapel and Memorial Home.~

Another Week, Another "Kallmanac. . .-—In which The Kallmanac neuters the Nobel Peace Prize, nips the news we’re not going to talk about, and negates a Las Vegas drive-thru wedding chapel that just might double as a funeral home. (Or do some people think we repeat ourselves?) Tonight’s music: Freddie King; Wes Montgomery with Herbie Hancock. Tonight’s old-time radio selection: Duffy’s Tavern, “Leave Us Face It,” 14 December 1943; special guest stars Dinah Shore and Joan Davis.
