These “scientists” have to be dumb as rocks to think this wasn’t going to get out sooner or later.

Even the Russians even have it wrong. They claim all of the data should have been used. However, the urban data should have been what was thrown out.

This is not going away, and now the Russians have some of what they want.
Absolutely no reductions by Russia and emerging nations. Huge credits for themselves they don't need and can sell. A guaranteed 100 billion penalty on the US economy.
The next step is to prevent cutbacks in their customer's (Europe) use and purchase of Russian oil and gas. They will probably accomplish this, as the "agreement" only binds the US, and Zer0 will ensure enforcement.
When the AGW collapse comes, Russia, China, and India will be sitting pretty and we will have to rebuild from the position of most indebted nation in the history of the world.

"stolen" e-mails from the University of East Anglia's Climate Research Unit still don't alter the evidence for climate change. The evil smart aleck is right.....
....nothing has changed
.....The evidence was wrong and fraudulent before
.....AND it still IS wrong and fraudulent.

I can't speak for British law, but in the US, Michael Mann should be drummed of of academia and James Hansen of NASA should be prosecuted for perjury before Congress and misuse of public funds.

This tree spawned the hockey stick that found its way into the reports of the U.N.'s climate change panel. It led to Kyoto and Copenhagen, which is why McIntyre calls it "the most influential tree in the world."I always thought Algore was the most influential tree in the world.
