They agreed on an semi-ambitious joint statement with no actual actions invovled, I would bet. Or China and India agreed Obammy made himself look like an idiot, and Obammy signed on to appease them.

It is bad when you rely on countries like China to make the right decision and block any type of agreement.

I call BS... It’s some kind of loose agreement, with no real actions or requirements. But Obama can come back and boast of orchestrating this ‘meaningful agreement’, and if he didn’t go it never would have never happened. Blah blah... But whatever it says I’m sure it will cost us... Saving face doesn’t come cheap.

My guess is he offered up more American cash, more power plant closings and unemployment, and agreed not to monitor China or India so that they can agree in principle and then never even try to reach any CO2 control goals.
They get to keep growing their economies at our expense.

No verification of polluters carbon output. The whole thing is a sham. Obamanites were desperate for something, anything so they begged and whined, and came away with an agreement with no substance and no teeth..
To: Presbyterian Reporter
just caught that at the top of a Reuters page, ugh.
