American Grand Jury member serves the FBI with Presentments

American Grand Jury has some very active members. The members who have stepped up are simply too numerous to name. We NOW have a special website where we publish all of our members hard work for others to see.

The following report was sent to American Grand Jury by Maggie Passaro:

He would not sign on OUR document. Agent Schwartz only had to say to me that “ALL PERSONS UP FOR ELECTION ON BALLOTS ARE CHECKED ON THEIR BACKGROUND BY THE FBI…”

My response was “if the the FBI did indeed do a thorough background check on Obama, did they document the fact that Obama is NOT a “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN?” Agent Schwartz had no comment on this.”

I had to re-affirm to agent Schwartz, several times, as he kept saying “citizen” that Obama is NOT a “NATURAL BORN” citizen and that Obama openly admitted this in public and through his writings.

The meeting closed with Schwartz stating that it would take him a couple of days to thoroughly read all the information and if he had any questions he would contact me, and that ultimately the entire stack would be handed over to the Phoenix Office for further assesment and investigation.

I assured him that we do not take this matter lightly and are hoping that someone with proper authority will have the courage to uphold and defend the Constitution as per their OATH of office.

We shook hands and he walked me to the door as we left.

The meeting concluded at 1:09 pm.

I was looking at Fed. Job postings and saw this on many of the jobs; SELECTIVE SERVICE REGISTRATION

Selective Service Registration: The Defense Authorization Act of 1986 prohibits any male born after December 31, 1959, from being appointed to a position in an executive agency of the Federal Government if he has knowingly and willfully failed to register with the Selective Service System. As a condition of employment, male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must certify that they have registered with the Selective Service System, or are exempt from having to do so under the Selective Service Law.

That might be easier said than done. It has been alleged BO might have used as many as 149 addresses and 39 Social Security Numbers prior to assuming office as president. The Social Security number most commonly used by BO is one issued by the state of Connecticut, the state where BO never resided and shows him to be 119 years old(SS# belonged to someone born in 1890).

Really? So, we can assume, if there is an issue (and there is plenty of circumstantial evidence to say that there is) then they are accomplices?

Only to birthers who want so desperately to belive that Obama isn't eligible that they'll believe anything that supports this viewpoint.

To the rest of America, there is no compelling evidence whatsoever that Obama was born anywhere besides Hawaii or that Natural Born Citizen requires anything more than being born on U.S. soil.

You can guarantee that every last one of these silly "Presentments" that "American Make-Believe Grand Jury" is filing will get laughed out of court.

I mean, honestly, people. Look at the link; read that presentment. Read the evidence exhibit for Count 2. It really is just an raving letter from a crank to Obama, devoid of any specifics that would constitute evidence in any legal sense. It's pretty much devoid of anything but general crankiness. It demonstrates a total lack of awareness of what evidence even is.

In fairness though, I did get a good laugh out of the closing salutation: “Born fighting.” He really should have been more considerate of his mother.
