Muslims are ALL for abortion in the west. They don't care how infidels are killed or eliminated.

If the great zero isn’t a muslim(and this article is weak on evidence)he’s certainly sympathetic to their views. He also refers to the koran, always, as the “holy koran”.
Many of the abortion “doctors” in NYC are foreign-born Muslims (they work in those hideous “clinics” in the poorer neighborhoods). A Muslim can do anything he wants to non-Muslims.
As for Afghanistan, Bambi was forced to do something...but he is doing it as badly as possible, and in a way that guarantees that at least part of the country (rural areas) will be virtually signed over to the Taliban within a few months.
That said, I don’t think Obama is actually a practicing Muslim. I think he’s very Muslim-identified, though, and sees his goal as that of furthering their cause. It’s part of his vision of himself as the great avenger of the Third World, come to take it out of the hide of the Great Satan.
