WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A new Internal Revenue Service unit set up to catch rich tax cheats hiding their wealth in complex business entities is rapidly taking shape with the hiring of hundreds of employees.....

President Barack Obama has proposed tightening tax rules for U.S. multinationals, including one in which companies delay paying taxes on income earned offshore, a legal practice known as deferral that officials say is abused....

"With any new thing, you never want to be the guinea pig," Mary Lou Fahey, general counsel for the Tax Executive Institute, comprised of business executives, said.

“tax cheats (rich”

the marxist tax system intends cheating, and is intended to cut the middle out, people trying to earn 6 and maybe even 7 figures. It’s those people who get tarred & feathered with being “rich” while the actual liberal billionaires get great press & go on making decisions that screw everything up.

Is that IRS Wealth unit going to investigate members of Congress, White House, and the Czars? Let’s not overlook all politicians at every level of government in every state in that investigating list as well. That should keep the IRS busy for months or years. Since no one else is investigating the corruption in government, IRS should be very very busy.

What’s fair is fair; don’t ya think?

Easy solution. Just stop making money and they cant confiscate it. You then do what they want, stop employing people.

Someday we will have a business friendly administration that wants jobs created.

Notice how government is EXPANDING to start poaching into people’s lives. It is coming to a point where some nameless bureaucrat is now getting to decide what sort of business you should be doing, who you do business with and where you can put your money.

The long arm of the IRS is now extending beyond American shores as well.

I swear to you, I will vote of ANYONE who will make it his/her policy to SIMPLIFY our tax code and DOWNSIZE the IRS.

35 percent of black men are unemployed.

That means 100 percent of employed white men need to support them.

Am I wrong?

When shopping for tax advice a man approached a CPA, gave him his records and asked what would the tax bill be...the CPA looked them over and said about 50000 or so. He then went to another CPA and asked him the same question after providing the same records...the CPA said, well, it looks like it would be about 50000. He went on to another CPA and asked how much did he owe...the CPA without looking at the recors asked, what do you want it to be...he was hired.

Following the law is a lot easier when it is simple and understandable; compare the US Constitution to the Tax Code and you’ll instantly see what I mean.

>Render unto Caesar, that which is Caesars.....

Does that include your livelihood? (Think Cap & Trade) Or your Life & Liberty? (The ruling that Carbon Dioxide is a pollutant AND the EPA may control it as it sees fit.)

{IE Are those things Caesar’s or God’s [gift]?}

Here is the other 'new government' agency the democrats and Obama snuck in.

The legislation included a new Consumer Financial Protection Agency,an innovation fiercely opposed by banks and some Democrats.

>I swear to you, I will vote of ANYONE who will make it his/her policy to SIMPLIFY our tax code and DOWNSIZE the IRS.

My solution:
Either a flat 10% across-the-board income tax w/ no deductions/loopholes/exceptions [EXCLUSIVE] OR a 5% national/federal sales-tax.

[NOTE: Income tax would be applicable to PEOPLE only, not corporations or churches or the like.]

The sales tax would be the best, IMO, because that would be a valid use of the interstate commerce clause. {It could legally only be applied to items bought in another state; so if a french-fry company in OK buys potatoes from Idaho, there’s a tax... and when McDonald’s in CA buys those fries there’s a tax.}
