Just one? Lungfish for example, with both gills as well as primitive lung structures. Seals, with traits of both ocean going mammals and land mammals.. etc, etc, etc.. Those are just a couple of obvious examples.

I morphed from a smooth skin, silky haired young woman, into a wrinkley grey haired old woman...is that evolution or devolution?

It would take hundreds of thousands of years or more to prove or discard the theory, on a scientific level.
